News about Ozmosis?
I'm reading about it... and seems the right way. But it's a hard way..

Can you tell me your ozmosis experience ?

Have yet to succeed to boot it; gave up on it for a bit tbh.

Ok when waking up , Asrock X79 keep cycling these codes : 5A 32 10 d6
First three ones are memory related(try reseats cpu and memory modules), d6 is VGA card not recognized (try using another slot...)
So when apple sleeps the baby, it corrupts something , so the wake up is impossible ...or the sleep is incomplete.
I'm comparing the boot sequence on the same computer with windows 10 perfectly working with the same bios settings. Difference is led blinking for windows 10 when in sleep...so Apple didn't reach sleep or not !!??

Ok comparing Windows 10 to High Sierra sleep on same computer :
windows 10 goes to sleep in S3 mode
at wake up asrock dr Debug gives this sequence :
19 10 d6
5A 32 10 d6
5A 32 E3 d6
screen appears

High Sierra goes to sleep in an unknown mode
at wake up asrock dr Debug gives this sequence :
5A 32 10 d6 cycling
black screen and High Sierra did not come back, computer does not respond to reboot button

d6 is "No console Output devices found", ie VGA card not found nor recognized.

I'm using an 4930K(Ivy Bridge E) with no Igpu .
So it's clear what this problem is related to cpu with no igpu + dgpu

Amen

Is there a way to create a fake-igpu driver to be called from the OS when wake up?
Its absolutely out of my capability... but could be a way...

Not sure if this would be useful or not as it is in reference to S4 not S3 sleep mode.. But according to this post under the section Power Management RehabMan suggests making "sleepimage" a folder so that it is no longer used. Maybe give it a try?

Update to 10.13.5. No changes, wake up broken...
