This config for IGPU only or can provide the discrete graphics too?

No..This will Work only with Discrete Graphics ..
and a good thing is i have configured the EFI to work on for some Nvidia 2gb Graphics Cards DDR5 on MOJAVE 10.14.6

You really cool. How you patch ACPI Configurations? Could provide info, methods & etc. It's will helpful for the next.
