high sierra on h110t, i5-6500, intel hd530

I have:
h110t mini-itx
i5-6500
integrated intelhd 530

I installed catalina on my system all was working just fine even sleep mode acted cool but it was a little bit slow so i decided to install high sierra instead. Now my sleep mode is broken. The thing is I dont know actually what I do all configuration I set up wasnt result of knoledge but pure luck. Interesting fact I used same of configuration in sierra and catalina but sleep mode doesnt work on sierra, sorry for my bad english.

I have this cpu and I would like to update to the more up to date posible macOs...
