[High Sierra] Intel HD5500 with 4k display not working

Hello, I have some trouble to have my display work.
Display only working when i use another ig-platform-id then the previous working 0x16160002.
Coredisplay is unpatched and I use lilu with coredisplayfixup without success ( kext cache was cleaned ).
If somebody can help me to correct my errors it's would be great.

Not a desktop. Moved to laptop support.
