High Sierra instant reboot when loading.

Ok ****, I really need to get into OSX. My encryption key for my online backup is stored in the keychain. I need to boot into OSX. Safe mode has no effect. It still restarts after "attempting restart".

if you have all your kexts in clover/kexts/ then you can delete the file by taking out the hard drive and popping it into a windows pc, EFI partitions are FAT32 so easily read by windows
