High Sierra hangs on shutdown

Hi i searched the forums and couldn't find anything helpful. Ever since ive install high sierra i have been unable to fully shutdown, upon trying it logs out of mac but it shows a complete black screen and the computer is still on even after waiting for a half hour. I've enabled the "FixShutdown" and "HaltEnabler" but it has not made a difference.

Currently i just restart the mac partition and shutdown on the clover screen but it would be a nice QoL fix.

has anyone else had this issue?

Your USB configuration is wrong.

Also, your ACPI/patched is out-of-sync with ACPI/origin. Note different SystemMemory addresses (for OGNS):
