High Sierra GT 1030 showing Display 3MB

I recently finally managed to install MacOS 10.13.6 High Sierra on my Dell Optiplex 7010 with help from a GitHub release of all the necessary EFI components for my PC using OpenCore 0.7.0 and then installed the Nvidia WebDrivers once everything was set up. However even though the drivers are installed and my system report recognises that a Nvidia GPU is the graphics card it is using, it still shows Display 3MB on the about this Mac section and the UI is very laggy with major graphical glitches. Is there anything else I have to do to use my GT 1030 on my hackintosh?

Remove nv_disable=1 boot argument if it is present in your config.plist

Add nvda_drv_vrl=1 boot argument if it is not present in your config.plist.
