When I boot it up and Clover comes up, I press boot and install, but then it freezes at the apple logo.

How do I fix this?

What you should have done before asking any questions is check this site to see whether it's even possible to use an integrated AMD iGPU. Apple has never used an AMD CPU or iGPU in any Mac. It shouldn't be a surprise that it won't be possible.
