High Sierra and windows 10 dual boot issue

I installed high Sierra on a ssd. Everything works. I have another regular hd had windows 10 preinstalled on it. As soon as I connected it . Clover recognized both windows 10 and high Sierra. But the problem is if I boot into Windows. And next time I boot it again. It goes straight into Windows 10. won't let me to choose which one I want to boot. I have to disconnect the windows 10 HD. Then the clover boot option will show after computer starts. How can I fix it?
