I have successfully installed High Sierra 10.13.3 on my SSD. Also the Nvidia Web Drivers. CUDA drivers are not installed yet. But now the problem I am facing is graphics stutters and slight lags. Like, opening a folder in Launchpad, switching an app/video to fullscreen, resizing a window, and other such normal uses. I have previously used Sierra 10.12.3 on the same system past year, and the animations on it were super smooth, no problem at all. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please help me out!
