Your hardware is compatible with El Capitan / Sierra / High Sierra, but the problem is your motherboard only has a VGA output, and recent versions of MacOS do not support VGA.

If you want to try to install and run any of the above MacOS versions, you will first need to add a supported graphics card to your system.
