ok these are my specs:
OS: Lion 10.7.4
Processor: i5 2500K 3.33GHz
Mother Board: Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD4
Hard Drive: 60GB OCZ agility 3
Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB
Usb Dongle: Jarba A320s
WiFi adapter: "Real" Airport Card
Power Supply: CORSAIR Builder CX600 V2
Drive: Sony Optiarc 24X DVD Burner
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6670

I built this a couple months ago and have had no issues that I couldn't figure out from just readin the boards. but this issue has me stuck for a few days now. I needed more space on my boot disk so I upgraded to a 128GB OCZ Vertex 4 SSD I used carbon Copy Cloner to clone the 60GB onto the 128GB then I ran Mulitibeast for the Bootloader and DSDT files. it boots fine with no issues but the Read/Write speeds aren't as fast as 60GB SSD. I'm using the same 6/gbs cord and its plugged into a sata 3 port same as the 60GB but look at the difference in speeds. Any help or ideas to try to get my new SSD back up to the 400 MB/s speeds again would be much appreciated.

Orignal 60GB OCZ agility 3 (6 gigabit cord/Sata 3 Port)

if everything else is the same, then I'll assume that the benchmark tests compressible data, which is not optimized for the vertex 4. another thing to note is that v1.5 firmware for the vertex 4 is out, and it SIGNIFICANTLY improves performance, so try that out (you will need windows for this) good luck!

thanks for the advice I will boot into windows and try to update the SSD hopefully that will help with my speed issue.

How did that work out for you?
