Help with Sandy Bridge Setup (sleep/wake issues)

Yeah.. though about it - would rather avoid it. See, what im asking is not how to get the usb working. As - the usb works? (practically) as in, i can plug in a usb stick, mouse and keyboard.. no problem.

But, what i would like to know is how i would test the integrity of the driver. I want to know wether it works properly or not - As my theory is, that the sleep problem is caused by the usb driver.

Any further progress with this yet? I'm having the exact same issue with the same hardware.

It drove me crazy to get sleep working on my Z68 board. The last resort worked. I didn't want to do it however, I changed the smbios from Mac Pro 3,1 to i-Mac 12,1 which is also LGA 1155 Socket and did everything I learned under the https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/an-idiots-guide-to-imessage.196827 and long and behold sleep and wake works. For monitor wake have to hit spacebar twice for some reason. I think I must of tried everything I could but, nothing else worked for me.
