Help with my desktops compatibility

Guys, I was wondering if my desktop is compatible with any Macintosh version. If yes which one fits best? My first choice would be El Capitan.

I have : Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66Ghz E7300
4gb of DDR2 Ram
ATI RADEON HD 4670 1GB

My Motherboard is: Intel Desktop Board DP965LT LGA 775
Any help would be appreciated.

if your processor has sse4.1 support then you can run Sierra, if not then El Capitan will be the latest you can run

My audio Codec is: Sigmatel STAC9227
and My Ethernet Codec is: Intel 82566

Also I installed El Capitan on a usb with uniBeast 6.2. Injected ATI GPU option enabled.
I tryied to boot from USB on my Desktop and a black screen with a blinking Dash shows up. Stays like that forever. Any clue why this is happening?
I tryied the exact same usb on other PC's and they boot to Clover just fine.

Now on this motherboard, I loaded the default settings on my bios menu and changed the Drive configuration from IDE to AHCI. Then I kept trying to boot from USB, But this blinking dash again.
Is there anything I missed ?
