I currently run 10.9 on an actual Mac but am attempting my first build. How can I get Mountain Lion from here? It seems the only way is through the Mac App Store and currently 10.8 is not "available for download" when I try to review my past purchases.

Note: The reason I'm deciding to go with 10.8 is because my graphics card (780 w/ACX) is not supported when it comes to OpenCL.

Any idea? Would I still be okay if, say, I "purchased" a copy of the old interwebs?

You can purchase Mountain Lion for the Apple Store for $20.

You can also still buy Lion from the Apple Store, too.

Getting it any other way is illegal and will get you banned from here.

Thank you, those were the exact tools I was looking for. I would much prefer using retail versions of software and not pirated versions for the sake of supporting developers and keeping problems to a minimum.
