help with Mac OS x 10.3.9 please

First off id like to point out that my Power-book G4 is about 12 years old. it is running mac os x 10.3 otherwise known as Panther. my Power-book G4 is about to kick the bucket, and there are important files on there that i wish to keep. i was wondering how i can migrate Mac OS X 10.3.9 to virtual box on my PC. any help would be apprieciated
