Yes, I updated it to 1.3.4 now. but it still not working.
I saw that my motherboard (MSI H370M BAZOOKA) works with Realtek® ALC887 Codec
After you updated AppleALC, did you rebuild kernel caches? If you install Kexts with KextBeast then no problem because it will rebuild caches.

AppleALC supports ALC887.

But you may need to add the “Change HDAS to HDEF” patch in ACPI section of Clover Configurator.

Solved! I installed the kext with kextbeast and checked if on clover configurator I have added Change HDAS to HDEF and now it works fine.

But sounds very low volume, you know why is this happening?

Thank you!

  • Are you using headphones?
  • If so, which audio jack are you using?
  • Is the volume control available from Preferences --> Sound?

Yes, headphones with mini jack plugged on front panel. Anyway if I plug on the rear panel the volume is the same
Yes, is available.

If I compare the volume on the hackintosh vs on MacBook Pro, MacBook Pro have 60% more volume control than hackintosh

So volume control does not work? Which application are you using for playback -- iTunes, iMovie, third-party application? Does that application have its own volume control?

Also, is your headphone jack FULLY plugged in?

Youtube only, full volume. yes, fully plugged in.

Also I have a focusrite sound card interface. Full volume and continues playing at low volume if I compare with my other hackintosh.

Some people have used Voodoo HDA. Please search the forum for keywords such as "ALC887 low volume" and you'll find several possible solutions.

For now I don’t know how but all works fine.

I have another one problem, I have a WiFi USB and I can’t make it work with mojave, (TP-Link WN823N) it shows that everything works fine but when I try search on safari the internet connection dissapears.

I installed the drivers and happen this problem.

Maybe is a problem on clover?

Im looking for some PCI E for WiFi, you know a cheapest option? I don’t want spend much money.

Thank you for your help at every problem that I have

I would definitely recommend the following. You will need one of each. The first item (Broadcom WiFi and Bluetooth Module) has to be inserted into the second item (PCIe x1 adapter) and then you can install the PCIe card into one of the small PCIe x1 slots on the motherboard.

This card also provides Bluetooth, so it comes with a USB cable that needs to be plugged to a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard.

This item works immediately with no setup needed (but you may have to check if your USB 2.0 ports are turned on). Anyway, I can help you solve that problem if you run into it.
