I have recently built a desktop using the H77N-WIFI board. It is following the recommended guide for the most part and uses the following:

Intel i3-3220 @ 3.30 Ghz Processor
Gigabtye H77N-WIFI Motherboard (BIOS Rev F2)
8 GB G.SKILL ARES RAM
500 GB Hard Drive
TP-Link TL-WDN4800 Wireless Card

After performing the recommended BIOS changes I installed using Mountain Lion using UniBeast 1.5.3. The OS remains at 10.8 for now. I used MultiBeast 5.1.3. to perform install the Non DSDT install in order to boot from the drive which worked fine. The two issues are:

Audio device is completely missing from the control panel. Essentially there is no HD Audio driver loaded.
Graphics acceleration is abyssal. System Report claims it is an Intel 2500 HD chipset with 64 GB of RAM. The graphics do display but are prone to flickering and a very low refresh rate.

Any assistance with this is appreciated.

For audio, MultiBeast 5.1.3 or newer - Select/Drivers & Bootloaders/Drivers/Audio/Realtek ALC8xx/Without DSDT/ALC892
For graphics,
i3-3220 (HD2500) not supported. Upgrade to supported i3-3225 (HD4000) or install a discrete graphics card

HD2500 is HD4000 with reduced number of execution units. And driver should be the same, at least for other OS-es it is true. Maybe there is a way to force load AppleIntelHD4000Graphics kext, bundle and plugins? If you look at Info.plist inside AppleIntelHD4000Graphics.kext you can find PCI_ID of HD2500 (0x01528086) there. This means that driver does support HD2500!
