Help with Edimax 7811un Wireless Network Utility problem

I recently did a fresh install of 10.10.3. Installed most recent Edimax driver and Wireless Network Utility from website for 10.10 and when I enter the correct password for my network it consistently responds with "Wrong Password." I've searched for a solution to no avail and uninstalled/reinstalled driver. Any help would be great. Thx.

Did you fix it? i have the same issue with the 7811utc and high sierra 10.13.6
