Help with Aquantia AQC113C and Z690

Hi, I have seen some posts regarding the Aquantia AQC113C. I am trying to get internet connection on my Hack.

Specs:
Monterey 12.5
Mobo - Z690 Aorus Master
CPU - i9-12900KS
GPU - RX6950XT
Ram - Corsair Dominator DDR5 128GB

I have added the SSDT-Aquantia-AQC113C.aml and enabled it.
I have enabled ForceAquantiaEthernet in the kernal section
I have enabled VT-D in bios
I have tried enabling and disabling DisableIoMapper

When ethernet is connected, it says it has a self assigned IP and can't connect to the internet.

I have another issue I am trying to figure out also. When booting, it will scroll through the boot text and then the monitor will show no signal for 5-10 minutes and then it will come back on and show the log in screen.

Did you also drop DMAR table and created a new DMAR without the Reserved Memory Regions Section?
