Hi.
I want to install Catalina High Sierra on my PC.

- MSI H510-A Pro
- i5 10400f
- GTX 1080 (DisplayPort)

I successfully installed clover on my usb stick. But when I try to install it I'm stuck at the Apple Logo.
I will post the -v screenshot as soon as possible.
4 years ago I did a Hackintosh installation without any problem (within 30 min), but now nothing is going well :(

Hi there.

Probably sticks at the Apple logo because your GTX1080 is not supported in Catalina. Last macOS it was, was High Sierra with Nvidia's webdrivers.

No iGPU in an "F" series CPU to fall back on. Sorry.

Here.

And even if the OP is using a 10400, say, he/she won't be able to use the iGPU as the motherboard is a 500 series one.

Probably can - BUT without any hardware acceleration, it's true.

Thank you. Could you edit the post and move it to High Sierra forum?

I now have a End RandomSeed Error (Ram problem?) ...
I don't know where or which Aptiofix I should load and place.

Okay, I'll move it for you.

End Randomseed usually means macOS protected areas of memory are getting overwritten. Your physical RAM is probably fine.

Depending on which version of Clover you are using there are a couple of standard fixes which can be used. Check the version and let us know.

Also think of updating your Profile. Seeing Ryzen in there will confuse a lot of people for example.

:)

I‘m using Clover 5107. I just installed AptioInputFix and AptioMemoryFix.
Still the problem.
I‘m using USB 3.0 on 2.0 Port.
