How you changed the System Definition to Mac Pro 5,1 ?? Is it through Multibeast??

The above panic is because of the system definition change. Also is the Mac Pro 5,1 is appropriate definition for your hardware configuration??

Choose the right one from here : http://www.everymac.com

For avoiding the panic delete the AppleTyMCEDriver.kext from /S/L/E

Download and use the linked version of web driver : http://us.download.nvidia.com/Mac/Quadro_Certified/346.01.02f02/WebDriver-346.01.02f02.pkg

Many thanks for your quick help.
I'll try it this afternoon times.
But I still have a question, does the driver even work if I eg classify it as a Mac Mini?

Yes, the definition is on 5.1 Mac Pro

Did you install the "10.10.3 supplemental update" by any chance?

For your hardware configuration Mac Mini is not suitable.

Check here and find the appropriate one : http://www.everymac.com

I am sorry that I have to ask so stupid, but what would be the right? The Mac with the correct processor would be the 5k iMac, but that has no replaceable graphic card o_O

Then i think better to stay with iMAC 14,2

Update :

1. I was able to install the Webdriver Thanks for that.
And my 980 was recognized correct.

2. I even was able to boot a few times without anny bootflags.

Then ther came the first kernal Panic so I boot again and delete the AppleTyMCEDriver.kext
and since than I stuck at Boootscreen.
the last line is like "Bluetooth Controller not found" (Post this evenig the Photos)

So at the moment I'm only able to boot in safe mode.

Any Idea?
