HELP! Stuck at "VM swap subsystem is on"

Hello,
I am new to Hackintosh and I am having trouble reaching the Mac OS High Sierra installer.

My build
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Z370-PLUS GAMING
CPU: i7-9700K Coffeelake
GPU: GEFORCE GTX 1650
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaw 16GB
SSD: Intel SSD6 M.2 1024GB

I have made the following changes in the UEFI BIOS:
OS Type: Other OS
Intel Virtualization Technology: Disabled
Secure Boot state: Disabled

When the clover bootloader appeared I selected 'Verbose Mode' and then 'Boot macOS with selected options'.

Looking at the last line of the attached image, it says "VM Swap Subsystem is ON". What does this mean and why is it stuck at that?
How do I reach the installer?
