The DSDT file is mostly about the motherboard, not CPU or graphics card.

You might be able to find a suitable DSDT here:

...and use iBoot ATI or iBoot Supported.

BTW I also have 6GB of ram and the latest F5 Bios if that makes any difference...

Wooops, this actually does make a difference. iBoot will only run with a maximum of 4GB RAM installed.
I'd definitely try that! (4GB should run in DDR2 mode on your board automatically if I'm not mistaken.)

The BIOS version matters in that the DSDT is usually made for a specific BIOS version, though the DSDT for, say F4, may work with F5, too.

Can't I just use maxmem=4096? Also, the ram I'm using is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231223

I'd just give it a shot with only 4GB installed.
