Apply: "Audio Layout 12" (change layout-id from 12 to the layout-id used by the patched AppleHDA)
Apply: "IRQ Fix"

but i am getting 7 errors ,8 warnings,
what to do now unable to save file

The patches will not cause errors. Make sure you resolve all errors prior to patching.

for my brightness fix i have to use brightness fix (hd3000/hd4000) right i have ivy bridge hd4000

As noted in the guide, IntelBacklight.kext requires only "Brightness Fix". The other patches are more for ACPIBacklight.kext. IntelBacklight.kext is preferred over ACPIBacklight.kext.

Those errors are typical and have patches in the repo to fix them. Some of those errors are also only warnings in my version of iasl and so the fact that you're getting them as errors indicates you're not using my version of MaciASL and ACPI 6.1.

my laptop is having kernel panic
i am using these boot flags -f DSDT=nothing and now boot fines and brightness audio works like earlier
what is causing the issue ?
applied these patches to my patched dsdt.aml
"Fix _WAK Arg0 v2"
"HPET Fix"
"SMBUS Fix"
"IRQ Fix"
"RTC Fix"
"OS Check Fix"
"Fix Mutex with non-zero SyncLevel"
The os check fix
Add imei

again i am getting kernel panic
booted with boot flag -v -f DSDT=nothing
plz help
