Help overclocking 4790K

Hi folks! As i use my working happy hacky on music producing and running out of juice all the time, i thought it might be time to oc. Ive done it in the past on gaming win machine but how do you do it the right way on hacky.

I got Nepton 240m, how that will adjust to oc. What utilities is necessary to check in osx that i got all running ok. Is the oc procedure in bios the same as in windows machine?
