Thanks to @Feartech I have completely working OpenCore Catalina 10.15.6 HacBookPro4K on 2018 Dell Inspiron 15 i7 4K. I have prepared my config.plist for 0.6.1 with no errors. Now I'm Faced with the issue of “OCB: Apple Secure Boot prohibits this boot entry, enforcing!” security violation at boot. can someone help me please?

test by setting this
SecureBootModel
to disable

also this:
XhciPortLimit
should be disabled as you have already setup your usbports
