(HELP!)No ER state object for... nothing to recover

hi guys, sorry for my english, with that said, i need your help, a few days ago i was editing a video on final cut pro, then i turned off the computer because it was late and the next morning when i turned on the pc , it starded to give me this strange error i think..

then on the clover boot a few new icon has appeared, i will put a few images..

so, a new recovery has appeared and also some hfs, then the predefinite boot HFS is the one of high sierra installer.
i don't know what to do because the booting now is so slow because every time is checking the pc hardware

before this the hackintosh was on in about 20/30 seconds, now it's almost 2 min, and i have to be sure that i will select the right HFS
