Help needed! Can't update BIOS and problem with iPhone & USB

Hi everyone,
I finally got the P55M-UD2, (it's F3 Bios version), but I cannot update the BIOS to F8.
I formatted a pendrive in FAT32 (with Windows7) and loaded the P55MUD2.F8 file, then I enter in Qflash but it only sees a Floppy drive (that I don't have).
I also have the pendrive plugged in before starting the computer.

The second problem (that I hope it depends on the F3 bios) is that iTunes does not recognise my iPhone and I also can't use the D-link USB wireless (I tried to install ralink drivers).

You need to make the USB drive bootable and it needs to be plugged into the rear ports

How can I make it bootable? Is it possible through osx or it has to be made in Win?

Google it, had to be done in Windows.
Try the rear ports first if you didn't.

Problem solved, i didn't make a bootable drive, i just formatted
in normal FAT (not 32) and it reconised it...the problem was that i formatted the disk in fat32 before...thanks for the help!
