Hi guys,
I am experiencing some problem with this kext. I tryed to study how to patch AppleHDA.kext long time ago, but I never had enough time to study it deeply.
Finally last weekend I spent some time on it, and yesterday I completed all the steps to patch the original kext to let it work on my laptop.
My g74sx is equipped with an ALC269VB, but its pinconfig is quite peculiar, and most of other kext don't work on it. I used to install an old kext which worked enough fine but with some problem. Sadly, with 10.9.2 it stopped working.
So I put some efforts to patch AppleHDA.kext from scratch.
I still have many doubts, but the fact is that it still doesn't work. Audio device not detected. Unfortunately I can't understand where is my mistake. Maybe somewhere between layout1.xml.zlib or platforms.xml.zlib.
Anyway, here are my files, if someone can help me to understand the problem I'd really appreciate.
