Help my BISO is not detecting my usb stick

hi, need some help, i have a

intel 6600 skylake CPU
MSI z170 krait gaming motherboard
8 gb of kingstone ram
NVIDIA Geforce EVGA 1070 sc

when going into my BIOS i change these setting
Optimized Defaults
VT-d
CFG-Lock
Secure Boot Mode (i turn that to custom and Secure Boot Support i disable it)
IO SerialPort
XHCI

Dont have an Os type setting.

My problem is that when i restart the computer i hit f11 it shows not boot options(it's only option is go to the BISO settings), and if i let the computer run it brings me back to the BISO.

Please help i dont know if its something to do with my BIOS setting or how i set up my usb stick???

Have you already created the Unibeast USB stick using a real Mac or another hackintosh?
