HELP !!!!!!!!! Monitor: DELL E2009W or HP PAVILION 23xi?

I currently own a DELL E2009W which is 1680X1050 and is 20 inch.
I plan to upgrade to a HP PAVILION 23xi which is 1920X1080 and is 23 inch.

Do you guys think I should upgrade or remain with my DELL E2009W?
All i need is a monitor that has a better resolution.

If you just need better resolution to 1080p why not go with one of the Dell UltraSharp models?
