Talking myself through some of this (not very healthy). I found out I can use " " 's around my hard drive name or \ before the space to enter my hard drive name ("Mountain Lion" or Mountain\ Lion) in terminal to access my Extras folder. I'll try to use this to delete the extras folder in terminal and reboot.

dbaltvw,

NO NEED TO DELETE THE EXTRAS FOLDER! If you're using Intel HD4000 ust try rebooting into your system with -v -x OR -v -x -f GraphicsEnabler=Yes PCIRootUID=0

I was hoping that would work, but it didn't.

You could try altering your org.chameleon.Boot.plist using the Terminal app with your Unibeast USB install stick:
cd /Extra
nano org.chameleon.Boot.plist

and remove the lines showing GraphicsEnabler=Yes and change it to No, then save the file.
This should get you past this problem.

If you have further issues you can refer to this video for advice (on how to get past Chameleon bootloader problems)
