Help Me, I can't install any MacOs Version on my Desktop!

My desktop = I have a motherboard : AsRock H61M-HVS and CPU : Intel Core i3, Graphics Card : Nvidia GTX 1050 TI 4GB
I tried with Sierra, High Sierra, and now with Mojave, I follow the guide on the site, but everytime my desktop doesn't boot the usb that I have made. Exactly: I go into the bios, I select for first the usb then when my pc boot up it start automatically Windows Logo. Please help me

If I had to guess I would say that you have probably installed Windows in Legacy mode and now you are trying to install macOS in UEFI mode. The two are incompatible.

Hi! I have re-made a bootable usb for macOS, now I'am ad the boot screen of clover but when I boot for install Sierra , it shows me:
