The Bluetooth module in your IOReg is a Realtek device. I assume the WiFi and Bluetooth card are a combo card, so your WiFi will also be a Realtek device.

Unfortunately, Realtek WiFi/BT cards are not supported in macOS, so you will not be able to get it working in Mojave or any other version of macOS.
You need to swap the WiFi/BT card for a macOS compatible card. In the past this meant you had to use a Broadcom WiFi/BT card. There have been some development with Intel WiFi/BT cards, which give alternative options for laptop users. See this post for Intel WiFi options -

I have installed Broadcom BCM94352HMB, AzureWave AW-CE123H and Dell DW1550 cards in a number of laptops. These replacement WiFi/BT cards are available from eBay and other online retailers. Just check that your Laptop doesn't have a Whitelist. As that could mean you are only able to swap the current WiFi/BT card for a small number of specified cards. Older HP laptops are often set with a Whitelist.
