[Help]MacOS High Sierra can't be installed on this computer

I'm having the exact same message box. I am following https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...plex-7010-9010-desktop-pc-revision-ii.251736/ step by step (on a Dell Optiplex 7010 (DT). When I get to the Install High Sierra option and select it, I get the same message. I am trying a couple things and will let you know my results.

FIX: My fix was a fresh download of the High Sierra installer. My previous copy had been stored on another drive and it did not like being copied back into the Applications folder. So a fresh OS download fixed my issue.
