HELP!!! Kernel Panic after installing macOS Catalina (Mojave Backup boots normally)

Hello,

I have solved my problem. It was a very stupid mistake.
Since it was an upgrade from Mojave to Catalina
My L/E folder was not vanilla and I was not aware of that.
One of the kext was creating this KP, probably **ahci**.kext or something else which is not compatible.
I removed and it worked like a charm.

Can you please tell us which kexts you deleted? Btw., I think that the KP is somehow related to a corrupted sleep image being created when the computer goes to sleep. When he wakes up and you restart, you get KPs...

Actually, i deleted all of them because that folder only consist of third party kexts.
but the problem was related to some kind of ahci kext which was also included in multibeast

Which of them should I delete? I dont have my macbook air here so I cannot check the kexts...Thanks for your help

Updated to 10.15.1 but Im getting the same KPs

Had the same kernel panic and first only deleted the AHCIPortInjector.kext from my Clover/Kexts folder with no luck.
Only after your post I realized that I had installed AppleAHCIPort.kext in /L/E a long time ago (back then it was because of a minor thing: to avoid showing internal hdds as external ones in macOS).
Deleted AppleAHCIPort.kext from /L/E and voila, no KP anymore (did not have to rebuild kext cache as obviously kext cache was not build yet because the system KP'ed too early)

DeletedAppleAHCIPort.kext from S/L/E = still KP :/

Now I am completely lost.

I rolled back my Hack to 10.15.

Now, I made some changes to my config.plist, ACPI tables etc., relocated my clover kexts to S/L/E, enabled SIP. Now I have a working USB setup without relying on the port limit patch (-> I disabled all kext to patch entries in Clover). I disabled almost all ACPI patches, only IPGU paatch needed, so I left it there. I enabled SIP. I can boot and reboot. But when I wanted to update to 10.15.1, the KPs started again. So I had to disable the SATA controller in BIOS and boot my install and finish the update on my emergency user account that is located directly on the NVME (Im lucky to have a 512GB NVME as my main disk drive - main User folder is on a SATA SSD). With this approach (disable SATA controller), I can finish the update, boot into my system, but SATA is gone :/

Then, I enable SATA controller in BIOS and I can boot into my system.

One curious thing I noticed is this:

I am very interested in getting your opinions on this output. Should I remove the kexts that show invalid signtures, especially the "AppleAHCIPort" kext?

I have a catalina installed macbook pro.
I copied L/E folder from there
I deleted whole L/E folder from my desktop PC
And copied the original ones.

I attached the zip file which contains L/E catalina folder. (I don't think any of them needed)

If you have windows, you can do it through windows by installing Macdrive or similar software.
