Your subject line [installing Lion] and what you are attempting to do as described in the content [install Snow Leopard] contradict each other.
This guide is specific for OSX Lion.
Have a look at this thread if you haven't come across it. Since your system is IvyBridge Mobo + CPU, follow the steps outlined by Tony, especially on the patched Mach_Kernel.
