Here is my build:

Motherboard: Z97 PC Mate
Graphics Card: GTX 970
Processor: i5-4590

I am using the UniBeast method and I have been trying combinations of these bootflags with no prevail:
nv_disable=1 (I know I need this one so that I can install the web driver.)
kext-dev-mode=1
GraphicsEnabler=No
PCIRootUID=0
npci=x3000
config=Null
darkwake=0

The farthest I've gotten is a brief flash of the Apple logo when I didn't use the -v bootflag. I'm really stuck. :banghead: If anyone could help me, that would be really great.
Thanks!

Changed some settings in my bios and was able to get to this panic screen.

Update your build's hardware details under Profile > Basic Information section in the below format (Profile link is available on the upper right side of this website), So that we can avoid scroll back to your fist post for identifying the hardware details.

System : Motherboard + BIOS Version + Bootloader (Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU : Detailed CPU Model
Graphics : All Graphics Devices

For Example,
System : GA-Z97X-UD5H (F9F) (CLOVER)
CPU : Intel Core i7-4790K
Graphics : Intel HD 4600/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980

Boot flags need to be used as per what issue you have. Seems like you are simply typing and trying with what ever flags you know.

Is the BIOS running latest firmware??

Restore factory default on BIOS and make changes as per below (Ignore those are not available or not applicable)

1. Set Boot Mode to UEFI+Legacy/CSM Enabled
2. Disable Secure Boot
3. Disable Fast Boot
4. Disable CFG-Lock
5. Set OS Type as Other OS
6. Disable VT-D
7. Disable TPM
8. Set Graphics Card as your Primary Video Adapter, Disable Internal Graphics
9. Set SATA Mode as AHCI
10. Disable EIST (Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology)
11. Enable USB Legacy Support
12. Set xHCI mode as AUTO (Not SMART Auto)
13. Set xHCI Hand-Off as Enabled
14. Enable the EHCI Hand-off
15. Enable HPET
16. Set HPET to 64-Bit

Remove all the peripherals connected to the system other than KeyBoard, Mouse, Monitor and UniBeast USB.

Then boot with "dart=0 nv_disable=1 -f -v -x"
