Here is my build:
Motherboard: Z97 PC Mate
Graphics Card: GTX 970
Processor: i5-4590
Update your build's hardware details under
Profile > Basic Information section in the below format (Profile link is available on the upper right side of this website), So that we can avoid scroll back to your fist post for identifying the hardware details.
System : Motherboard + BIOS Version + Bootloader (Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU : Detailed CPU Model
Graphics : All Graphics Devices
For Example,
System : GA-Z97X-UD5H (F9F) (CLOVER)
CPU : Intel Core i7-4790K
Graphics : Intel HD 4600/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
I am using the UniBeast method and I have been trying combinations of these bootflags with no prevail:
nv_disable=1 (I know I need this one so that I can install the web driver.)
kext-dev-mode=1
GraphicsEnabler=No
PCIRootUID=0
npci=x3000
config=Null
darkwake=0
The farthest I've gotten is a brief flash of the Apple logo when I didn't use the -v bootflag. I'm really stuck.

If anyone could help me, that would be really great.
Thanks!
Boot flags need to be used as per what issue you have. Seems like you are simply typing and trying with what ever flags you know.
Changed some settings in my bios and was able to get to this panic screen.
