hi ,

There are news to install osx in my pc???

The Intel G3220 processor can work in Mountain Lion with a supported graphics card. There is no support in Mavericks and Yosemite. The best option would be to use an i3 processor model that is listed in the buyers guide:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/building-customac-buyers-guide-november-2014.html

i3-4330
i3-4340
i3-4350
i3-4360

The HD4600 graphics will work with your motherboard. Please note that there are some other i3 models that have unsupported desktop HD4400 graphics.

but if i buy a new graphic card?
And disable the graphic of the cpu?

The installation process does not work as the Pentium G3220 is rejected by Mavericks and Yosemite as unsuitable. It is not just a graphics problem.

There has been comments made that this processor can be used with Clover. This has not been established to work by the wider community to my knowledge. I am not able to help further with this avenue of enquiry. If Clover works with your processor then I suggest that you do a proper guide if successful.

For G-series pentiums (which are in fact i3's with HT disabled and cache halved) you will need to disable CPUID Max Limit in bios and disable VTx.
If you're using clover - set KernelCPU=true. If you don't - spend a couple hours to read tutorials/docs on how to install OS X with Clover.

The i7-4790 CPU will work with OS X 10.10 and your GA-B85-HD3. Make sure that your UEFI/BIOS is updated to the latest version for support. Gigabyte show 3 different revisions of the B85 HD3 - select the correct version!

help help

I have the same combo and the problem I have is; Booting with the -v option I see screens listing/reading the kexts and then a reboot. I know it's NOT the same as the Haswell early boot as I have a Lenovo laptop i3 with Maverics on it and had to patch the kernel to get it to work so I know about that. I also know about using boot options cpus=1 dart=0 VT-d (thats the combination I need on my laptop) Also it is hard to see what makes the computer reboot as it's so quick with no info displayed. One post I did see is that it's down to the G3220 replace it with a i3 but I can confirm this as I don't have one.
