Help Improving Geekbench Score

After having viewed others' geek bench scores, I think my build should be performing better.
Any advice would be awesome!

My build is:

• GA-Z87MX-D3H
  
• Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 16GB 1866 mhz
  
• Intel Core i7-4770K
  
• EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Superclocked 3GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI
  
• Kingston SSDNow V300 Series SV300S37A/120G 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
  
• Toshiba HDD 500gb

Is the only way to improve performance to overlock the CPU?

Or can changing the system definitions, let's say from MacPro 3,1 to MacPro 6,1 give better results?

It most likely will change the performance a little bit, as your system definition should match your hardware. For your CPU I recommend MacPro14,1.
