This is my guess....
AR9285 is a WiFi chipset.
AR9280 is a WiFi chipset.
AR3011 is a bluetooth chipset.
AR5B95 is the PCB reference design with AR9285 WiFi.
AR5B195 is the PCB reference design with AR9285 WiFi+AR3011 bluetooth.
AR5BHB92 is the PCB reference design with AR9280 WiFi.
OEMs producing PCBs (eg. half-mini PCIe WiFi cards) seem to adopt the reference design name in their own model numbers.
OS X is not well behaved with disks partitioned by other than OS X Disk Utility, but there are things you can check/do.

Note: Novices should repartition with Disk Utility (wiping out Windows), install OS X, install Windows after, restoring personal files from backup.
