Help how can I get iGPU output through vga port working under Mojave?

Just to be clear I installed a pre-existing APFS hard drive (with a previous install of Mojave) on a Gigabyte H370m D3H motherboard system. The H370m D3H has a vga port (D sub). This drive booted to Mojave with no issues and full graphics acceleration.

Gigabyte H370m D3H can really output throw VGA port?
How about Gigbyte B360M-H this mbd has no DP or DVI?

I did not test this on the B360m. I was just changing out the motherboard and put in my previous install and it worked. My guess is with a previous install from a working system it would work. I could never install from usb with the H370m and ended up changing it out as well. I think a previous installed system will run but you will probably never be able to make a new install from the usb.
