[HELP] HD 530 graphics problem. First time Mac user.

I have been trying to install Mac OS Sierra 10.11.16 but I am unable to make it work properly. I followed all the guide and installed the system but during the boot from the hard drive using clover I am unable to boot. It is giving me error saying "unable to initialize graphics card..."
I have done all the patches and installed lilu.kext and IntelGraphicFixup.kext still the same problem.
When I boot from the creation media the Mac boots up but the graphic is intel 7000 and other things don't match up.
Please help me how to solve this problem and make it work properly. I have attached the photo of the problem and my config.plist . please help

my system:
cpu : i7 6700
motherboard: ga h170 - d3h
24gb corsair ram ddr4
no graphic card.

You may need the "4 displays" patch (enables the 0306 port).
Or you may have your monitor connected wrongly (must be HDMI, DP, or DVI-D).

See if you can boot with an invalid ig-platform-id (0x12345678). That will separate graphics issues from other mistakes.

7mb expected with invalid ig-platform-id.
Must use valid ig-platform-id to enable loading of the graphics drivers.
You never mentioned how your monitor is connected.

My monitor is connected via hdmi.
can please you tell me a valid ig-platform-id which I should use?

Don't forget to disable VT-d in BIOS.
Is the monitor a normal 1080p monitor?
Use 0x19120000.

1) I had disabled VT-d is bios and made the display memory 96mb
2) The monitor is standard 1080p monitor.
3) when using this ig id , I am getting the error again.

Did you forget Lilu.kext + IntelGraphicsFixup.kext?

Nope Added both using kext beast.

You might want to check that they are installed correctly.
I see no sign of them loading in your verbose output (possible it has scrolled by).
