High Sierra on Lenovo E220s works fine but sometimes garbled spots and horizontal color lines appear on desktop and app windows (scroll and move with window; see attached images).
How to fix it?

Swapping OsxAptioFix(2)Drv.efi has no effect. BIOS is quite simple and has no graphics tweaking.
OK, let's patch DSDT/SSDT. Thank you.

Don't forget to do EC reset after you finish patching ACPI correctly.

Which way of DSDT patching is better: by MacIasl or by Clover?

Clover ACPI Hotpatch is more difficult to implement, but easier for others to deploy and not as sensitive to BIOS changes, hardware changes, etc.

Try with OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi.
Check BIOS settings (64mb DVMT-prealloc).
Make sure patched ACPI is from a recent extract (re-extract/re-patch).
Re-extracted/re-patched ACPI does not kill this bug.
