Greetings to all, I have now mounted my hackintosh and it has been a success, I have everything working perfectly :)

Geekbench:
Single Core Score: 5854
Multi-Core Score:23881

I would like to get the best possible performance from my team, but I've always been a little afraid of doing overclocking, I do not know about this and I do not want to make a mistake and cause a disaster, currently I have disabled in my bios AI TWEAKER.
I do not know if there is any default option that activates the overclockin securely and activates some optimized parameters. In the event that it is necessary to do it manually, I would appreciate the steps to follow, without risk of causing a breakdown.

my hardware is the following:

Asus Z370-F
Intel I7 8700K
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050Ti OC WindForce 4GB GDDR5
G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 3000 PC4-24000 16GB CL15
Samsung SSD 970 Pro NVMe M.2 512 GB
Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H80i v2

Someone who can guide me to increase the performance of my team a little would be very grateful, thank you very much friends!

These are the results obtained without overclocking, taking the option of ai tweaker in auto in the bios. Do you think I can improve my computer with overclockin? Or really the performance difference is not going to be much. I attached some photos.thanks

Google for an overclocking guide for your motherboard with the 8700K.

However with the h80i you might run into issues. The 8700k overclocked and not delidded gets very hot at 5Ghz.

You can try first going to 4.7Ghz with a safe voltage and see how that works and if it leaves room to go higher.

I think the performance of my hackintosh is quite acceptable, maybe you do not need to force the machine and gain health in my processor with high and unnecessary temperatures

Since you have the K version, why don't you use autotune (or equivalent) in your bios. The motherboard manufacturer has some very good overclocking settings built in. When it's done autotuning, you may get up to 10-30% overclock depending on what the manufacturer believes is relatively safe.

Would my refrigeration be sufficient with the auto-adjustment?

Your milage may vary, but that's the one that I use on my system. I ran multiCore stress benchmarks on it, and it never gets above 75 degrees and I've got it overclocked to 4.9 GHz. It usually is around 35 degrees. Of course mines an older 6700K, so you may need something more, well cool.

NOTE: A lot really depends on how well you've applied a really good thermal paste when installing. I find the Arctic stuff works well for me.
