Hello there,

First time noob to hackintosh, low-moderate computer skills

System is as follows
Acer Aspire 7 A715-71G-51kx
intel i5-7300HQ/HM175
Intel HD630/1920x1080

currently running windows 10
Laptop has Geforce GTX1050 also, but I have disabled this via Device manager, along with USB 3.0.

Via the BIOS screen I have disabled secure boot and intel VTD

After creating a bootable Usb with Mac OS high sierra, using Unibeast, with UEFI boot mode and no injected graphics configurations, I inserted the USB and booted through this on my laptop. After selecting boot OS X install from Install macOS High Sierra, I reach an apple logo on my screen and nothing else loads after, it just stays frozen on this.

Have I set my system up correctly and how do I fix this issue please

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.

The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

So I followed the guide you linked above step by step, using Gpt with single partition first, but after that didn't work I used the MBR method. My bios also does not have as many options as is required, so I have only changed what I have ability to, I have uploaded images of all settings in here.

I have tried booting with my usb 3.0 and gtx1050 switched off via device manager, and have tried the MBR method with config_HD615_620_630_640_650.plist, config_HD615_620_630_640_650_spoof.plist and config_deprecated.plist all with the same outcome.

The problem that continuously occurs for me is that I can load u clover, but every time I press to install mac, it loads to an apple logo and no further...

Note - I also have a german keyboard installed on the late but the language is in english if this may be an issue

MBR/2-partition is actually recommended first.

I have tried booting with my usb 3.0 and gtx1050 switched off via device manager, and have tried the MBR method with config_HD615_620_630_640_650.plist, config_HD615_620_630_640_650_spoof.plist and config_deprecated.plist all with the same outcome.

config_deprecated.plist is not intended to be used as config.plist.

The problem that continuously occurs for me is that I can load u clover, but every time I press to install mac, it loads to an apple logo and no further...

You must boot verbose and attach the photo + the EFI/Clover that produces it.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" carefully.
