This happens sometimes mainly while my laptop lid is closed (laptop display detached) and can be fixed by opening the laptop lid (at least from my experience with it so far -- it has happened three times). It happens on the monitor attached to my Intel HD 630 GPU. Here is the video (epilepsy warning): https://i.imgur.com/34rVpZa.mp4

My debug file is attached. Thanks so much for the help.

Your profile is lacking important details (missing screen resolution).
Please fix as per FAQ:

Can you set DVMT-prealloc to 64mb in your BIOS? (notice you have 32mb DVMT patches)
You might try other ig-platform-id values also (0x59160000, for example).
Is the connector @2 not used? If not used, you should patch the framebuffer connectors to eliminate it.

The BIOS doesn't provide a graphical way to do this so I'd have to manually do it somehow. I am not sure how to check which connectors are not used. Can you refer me to some information on this? All the physical ports on my laptop are being used, if that helps. I've attached the latest debug file.

Also, I have narrowed down how to reproduce this perfectly. If I start up the computer with the laptop lid closed (i.e. the onboard screen is disconnected), then it starts doing this about 10 seconds after login. Something that loads at login is causing this to happen. If I boot with the screen open, then it does not do this, and I can close the screen and continue until I reboot again without issues.

Plug devices into the relevant ports on the laptop, check ioreg.

Not surprising... boot with laptop screen open.
