[HELP] Clover on GA-H81M-DS2 cant go to Installer screen

Hi everyone, i really really really need help.... i can't got to installer screen after boot to clover every time apple logo appears then it's restarting. I try to boot from gtx 960 doesn't work, try with onboard graphic doesn't work too. I followed every step in this guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.200564/ and choose UEFI bios option. Here's my efi and screenshot
